To + Infinitive
คือ คำที่มี to นำหน้าแล้วตามด้วย Verb
Base (กริยาช่องที่ 1) เช่น
to do, to go, to sleep, to stay, to return เป็นต้น ซึ่งคำเหล่านี้สามารถเป็น คำนาม
โดยที่ทำหน้าที่ในประโยคได้ดังนี้
1.1 ประธานของประโยค (Subject) เช่น
To do something interesting makes you happier.
To
stay at Bangsaen Hotel last month was the best trip of my life.
To sleep early will be the last thing I will do.
1.2 กรรมตรงของประโยค (Direct Object) เช่น
I would like to stay here again.
They really loved to swim at that pool.
